What does the Grant Support?

Details of the scheme have not yet been finalised and the scheme is not yet open for applications.
It replaces the old woodland grant scheme,

In the interim there are Woodland Planning and Woodland Assessments Grants

The planning and assessment work can be carried out this year ready for grant payment after the launch.

Another interim grant is the Woodland Regeneration Grant to support the replanting of trees after felling. This is being made available until the new EWGS grant scheme is opened.
